Inspection Performance
We perform category 1 and category 5 inspections in the five boroughs of New York City and the rest of the Tri-State area.
Third-Party Witnessing
Under (new) requirements from the NYC Department of Buildings as of January 1, 2009, we also do third-party witnessing for both category 1 and category 5 inspections.
Violation Removal
If your inspection reveals any violations as per NYC Department of Buildings code, we can rectify the issue.
